This study undertakes a systematic analysis of Michel Foucault's theory of power through three principal axes. First, the author will conduct a structural analysis of Foucault's theses by examining the four fundamental characteristics of power as he conceptualized it: its ubiquity, its dual nature as both intentional and non-subjective, its productive function, and its intrinsic relationship with resistance. Subsequently, the research will focus on analyzing Foucault's central thesis concerning the constitutive relationship between power and knowledge, a concept that has become a theoretical cornerstone for poststructuralist studies. Finally, to evaluate the applicability and enduring relevance of these concepts, we will apply them to the analysis of contemporary phenomena—including digital surveillance, biopolitical governance, and corporate management—while also engaging in critical dialogues with other theorists.
